ELEMENTS is an independent speciality coffee and wellness café on Penbeagle Industrial Estate in St Ives.
We’re here for the morning coffee run, the post-gym shake, something good for lunch or simply ten minutes away from everything.
Our coffee comes from Foundation Coffee, roasted locally in Halsetown just up the road. Alongside proper coffee you’ll find ceremonial grade matcha, real-fruit smoothies, protein shakes, bowls and a counter full of bakes — many made in house.
